N’ Tina’s Wedding Contest (the “Contest”) is open to couples consisting of
an unmarried male and an unmarried female who (1) are both legal residents
of the United States; (2)
are both between the ages of 18 and 35; and (3) both have not been
previously married. Employees of greenwich
Street Productions, Inc. (“Sponsor”) or its advertising, promotion, or
publicity agencies, and members of their immediate families and households
are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter. The
Contest entry period begins on April 16, 2004 and ends on April 28, 2004.
To enter, each couple must do the following: (1) send an email (your
“Submission”) no later than 12:00pm EST on April 28, 2004, to
tonyntinasfreewedding@yahoo.com
with the names, addresses, phone numbers, and dates of birth of both
members of the couple, along with a brief description of why you want to
get married at the world premiere of the film “Tony N’ Tina’s Wedding”
(the “Film”). Your Submission must be original and created entirely by
you and your intended spouse and may not include any materials created by
or contributions from any third party. Limit one (1) Submission per
couple. Winning couples must obtain a New York City marriage license from
the Office of the City Clerk (see
http://www.nycmarriagebureau.com
for details) no later than April 30, 2004. All Submissions must be
sent by 11:59pm EST on April 23, 2004. Submissions become the
property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned.
3. Judging. In
the first round, a panel of judges (the “Panel”) consisting of the
writer/director/producer of the Film and two producers of the Film will
select ten (10) semi-finalist couples (the “Semi Finalists”) from all
eligible entries received based on the creativity of their Submissions.
If fewer than ten eligible couples enter the Contest, then all eligible
entrants shall be deemed Semi-Finalists. The Semi-Finalists will be
notified by email and telephone on or about Thursday, April 29, 2004. If
a Semi-Finalist couple does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of
notification, Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify them and select
an alternate Semi-Finalist couple. The Semi-Finalists will then be
required to appear in-person for an interview with the Panel at a time
selected by Sponsor on April 29, 2004, as directed by Sponsor. If a Semi-Finalist couple is unable to
appear for an interview as directed by Sponsor, then Sponsor shall have
the right to disqualify them and select an alternate Semi-Finalist
couple. The Panel will select a winning couple based on each member’s
creativity and ability to present himself or herself in a manner that best
fits, in the Panel’s opinion, within the overall theme of the Film. The
winning couple will be notified by telephone and email on or about April
29, 2004. If a winning couple does not respond within twenty-four (24)
hours of notification, Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify them and
select an alternate winning couple. The decisions of the Panel in both
rounds are final and binding in all regards. The chances of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received and the application of
the judging criteria to the Submissions.
4. Prize. One couple
will be married in a wedding that reflects the spirit of the Film on May
3, 2004, consisting of the following: (1) a wedding ceremony (anticipated
to last no longer than approximately 15 minutes) conducted by an officiant
chosen in Sponsor’s sole discretion to be held at the world premiere of
the Film at the Tribeca Film Festival in Manhattan, New York immediately
prior to the showing of the Film; and (2) a reception immediately after
the ceremony (at a location to be selected by Sponsor in its sole
discretion) with a band, beverages, and food (including a wedding cake) as
selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winning couple will be
permitted to bring ten (10) additional guests to the ceremony and the
reception. Any guest who is a minor must be accompanied by a parent or
legal guardian. The winning couple and their guests will receive
first-class ground transportation from the ceremony location to the
reception location. Sponsor shall provide the bride with a floral wedding
bouquet selected by Sponsor. Sponsor shall also provide the winning
couple with one (1) CD containing digital photographs of the wedding (the
“Photos”) selected by Sponsor. In addition, Sponsor will provide the
winning couple with one (1) unedited videotape of footage from the wedding
(the “Video”). All details of the wedding will be in the sole discretion
of Sponsor, and Sponsor may change any details of the wedding at any time
without notice to the winning couple. Approximate retail value of the
Prize is $4,900.

transportation, insurance, gratuities, activities, non-included food and
beverages and other incidental costs, charges or fees.
6. For copies of these
Official Rules, visit

submitting an entry or accepting a prize, each member of the couple agrees
to be bound by decisions of the judges and these Official Rules and to
comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All
federal, state, and local taxes are the winning couple’s sole

are permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of
equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. An Affidavit of
Eligibility and Compliance with these Official Rules and a Liability and
Publicity Release must be signed and returned by each member of a
potential winning couple and each guest attending the wedding within
twenty-four (24) hours after prize notification is sent to the potential
winning couple. Failure of any potential winning couple to complete,
sign, and return any requested documents within such period or the return
of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification
and selection of an alternate winning couple in Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Failure of any winning couple’s guest to complete, sign, and
return any requested documents within such period may result in denial of
such guest’s admission to the wedding. You are
not a winner unless your submission is validated.
7. By entering the Contest, or
accepting a prize, each member of the couple accepts all of the
conditions, restrictions, requirements, and/or regulations required by
Sponsor. In addition, each member of the couple represents and warrants
that all information contained in such couple’s Submission is true and
accurate.
8. Unless otherwise prohibited
by law, by entering the Contest and/or accepting a prize, each
member of the couple grants to Sponsor the absolute right to use such
member’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, address (city and state),
biographical information, Submission, the Photos, the Video, and any
material based thereon or derived therefrom, or to refrain from so doing,
in any manner in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter
devised, anywhere in the world in perpetuity for publicity purposes in the
advertising, promotion and distribution of the Film and for purposes of
advertising or trade in promoting or publicizing Sponsor, without
compensation. Each member of the couple also agrees that neither member
shall have a right of approval, claim to compensation, or claim
(including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy,
defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use of either of
your names, likenesses, photographs, voices, addresses (city and state),
biographical information, your Submission, the Photos or the Video.
9. By entering the Contest, each
member of the couple agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless
Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and
assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, injuries, deaths,
losses, rights, causes of action, actions, suits, debts, sums of money, or
other liabilities, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown,
asserted or non-asserted, arising from or in any way relating to the
couple’s participation in the Contest, the awarding, acceptance, use, or
misuse of the Prize, or the use of such member’s name, likeness,
photograph, voice, biographical information, and/or Submission. Each
member of the couple represents and warrants that he or she has the full
right and authority to grant the rights granted herein and that his or her
agreement to the terms hereof does not conflict with any existing
commitment on his or her part. Contest is void where prohibited, taxed, or
otherwise restricted.
10. Sponsor and those working for
it or on its behalf will not be responsible for lost, late or misdirected
e-mail or for Internet, computer hardware and software, electronic,
network, or computer malfunctions or delays, or any other technical error
of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel
or modify all or any portions of the Contest if, in its sole discretion,
it determines that for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as
